About
Premier Homepage is the central hub where business customers can shop for and manage end-to-end solutions through a simple, personalized online platform.
Overview
I joined the Dell Premier Homepage Redesign from day one, helping define what the next generation of Premier should be. From 10 stakeholder workshops to 20+ customer interviews across regions, I helped uncover pain points, shape our design direction, and build the foundation for a personalized experience. When the project transitioned, I bridged teams to carry forward the strategy and insights that informed the new Premier experience.

About
ShelterTech.org is a San Francisco–based nonprofit dedicated to bridging the digital divide through innovative technology solutions, while SFServiceGuide.org serves as an online directory that connects residents to essential local services.
Overview
I led comprehensive accessibility audits for ShelterTech.org and SFServiceGuide.org, uncovering 37% and 24% WCAG 2.1 failure rates and converting findings into prioritized, actionable fixes. To build long-term capability, I created a “How to Test for Accessibility” training deck and step-by-step checklist that equipped developers to independently test and remediate issues. This initiative strengthened accessibility compliance while fostering a culture of inclusive design across teams.
Key Metrics
ShelterTech.org: Reduced accessibility failure rate from 37% → 0%, achieving full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
SFServiceGuide.org: Identified 24% failure rate, with all critical and high-severity issues remediated
0 remaining critical accessibility blockers across both platforms
Tested against 60+ WCAG 2.1 criteria (A and AA levels)
